Parents should notify the school if their student has asthma. Students with asthma may carry inhalers at school if they have shown proficiency in using them, however  younger students who require assistance with inhalers will keep the inhaler in the school office. All students with asthma should have an Asthma Action Plan on file at the school provided by their physician. Please click on the link below to print the form. Take the form to your child’s doctor and ask them to fill out the plan and sign. Then return the form to the school nurse at any school office.
